Twelve Mile Crossing is a new Opportunity Zone development located in Gresham, Oregon, and was completed in 2021 ahead of schedule and below budget during the Covid difficulties. It consists of 82 market rate units (one, two and three-bedroom) in four 3-story buildings. The apartment homes have over sized windows, vinyl floors, and higher than typical ceilings which impart unusual light and volume. Located at 588 SE 217 th Avenue, it is merely 12 miles from downtown Portland.
