Previously used by a fraternity, McKenzie River Company purchased these two buildings as a value add and remodel in close proximity to the University of Oregon at Eugene, Oregon. Patterson Row is comprised of 16 two-bedroom townhouse units and a single one-bedroom unit. The renovations and upgrades included converting a garage to a one-bedroom unit, adding heat pumps, new roofs, new vinyl plank flooring, landscaping, paving, upgrades on the siding and new paint, along with a partial upgrade on appliances. These improvements transformed the building’s presence in the neighborhood and were the catalyst to other major renovations in the area.
