The CC + MOC project transformed an underutilized site into a vibrant locale with an anchor building and two accompanying multi-tenant commercial buildings. The site provides parking, landscaping, and outdoor gathering space with seating where the views of Mt Bachelor are enjoyed. The strong northwest architectural building forms are unified with shed roofs and clerestory windows that bring daylight into the tenant spaces. A variety of natural materials are expressed including stone, concrete masonry, steel, and wood columns, beams, and decking.

Market of Choice is a full service deli, grocery, and caterer that serve the diverse markets of Western and Central Oregon. The 34,985 square-foot ground floor and 7,200 square-foot mezzanine with main entry concourse is designed invoke the feeling of an outdoor shopping street and is punctuated by tapered stone columns that support the shed roof monitor above. The shopping experience is upscale, friendly and relaxing.

Colorado Crossing provides a variety of commercial, retail, coffee, and restaurant choices. The single-story buildings are 3,204 and 8,042 square-foot with a 10 car drive-through lane. This is a landmark retail hub for travelers on the surrounding arterial streets and neighborhood patrons alike.
