Narrative:  Lower Burnside Lofts is a 63 unit six story mixed use apartment building located in Portland’s hip Lower Burnside neighborhood.  It is one block south of East Burnside on Ankeny street which is of the primary East/West bicycle corridors for downtown Portland bike commuters.  The building features a 16 car secure parking garage along with approximately 2700 of street level retail along SE Ankeny Street.  The property features a rooftop community deck with beautiful views of downtown Portland along with a secure bike storage room with bike wash, and repair stand stocked with ample bike repair tools and tire pump.
